We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer the time to another patient. As with many practices a late cancellation or missed appointment fee of £20 for examination appointments, £2 per minute for treatment appointments and the following for hygienist appointments: Essential £30, Enhanced £40 and Comprehensive £50 will be applied.  These charges help cover staff and practice costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Getting to us

Bus

We are located next to Horfield common Muller Road bus stop. This is serviced by buses 3A, 3X, 75, 76, 309, 310, S6B, X7. There are also other routes stopping in under a minutes walk from the practice

Car

We are located on Gloucester Road opposite the Wellington pub. There is plenty of street parking on Gloucester Road, Beaufort Road, around the Wellington pub and Horfield Common.

Bicycle

We have a secure bike parking stand mounted outside the practice to allow you to lock your bike.
