If you are a Private or Plan patient, suffering from a dental emergency, outside of our opening hours then please call The 24/7 Dentist on 0330 175 9995, Please note there will be a fee which may be covered by your dental insurance.

If you are an NHS patient calling with a dental emergency outside of our opening hours then please call NHS 111.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations so that we can allocate the time to other patients. In line with practice standards and to cover our staff and overhead costs, we regret that a late cancellation/missed appointment charge of £1 per minute for examinations and £2 per minute for all other appointments will be applied.  We hope you understand our policy and thank you for your cooperation.

Getting to us

Bus

We are located next to Horfield common Muller Road bus stop. This is serviced by buses 3A, 3X, 75, 76, 309, 310, S6B, X7. There are also other routes stopping in under a minutes walk from the practice

Car

We are located on Gloucester Road opposite the Wellington pub. There is plenty of street parking on Gloucester Road, Beaufort Road, around the Wellington pub and Horfield Common.

Bicycle

We have a secure bike parking stand mounted outside the practice to allow you to lock your bike.
